"Switched to Wes Harris' State Farm Agency a little over a year ago. In fact , Wes himself got me set up with them during bad weather when his office was closed. I was searching for a new agent and while the weather was not bad where I am, they had shut down because it was bad there. We had a friendly conversation and discussed my teenage son about to become a driver and he talked about his own family.

He and his staff have been amazing. Always friendly, always helpful. And I have never in my life received a Thanksgiving card, but I received a personal one from him and his staff. They really do still care about their clients and that is hard to find in today's world. I highly, highly recommend them.

Update as of 6/10/2026 - had to switch out vehicles for my son. Russ made it quick, painless and super easy. Still extremely impressed with this agency and their willingness to help.

Update as of 9/18/2026 - Bought a new mobile home and wanted to compare prices against what the lender had set me up with. Russ was once again super helpful and got me an amazing rate. He made the time consuming gathering of information painless and was apologetic about having to negotiate updates to the system for the first time. Definitely still a firm client of this agency."
